If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 30 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a store credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts,
cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
After the first 30 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
